Every position is an in person at their office with preferred hours of MWF 9:00 am – 5:00 pm OR TTR 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
This will be a paid internship of $7.25/hour. These are all posted on Handshake and can be applied for through there.
Artist Management Intern – 4 available positions:
- Ensure artists calendars are up to date
- Monitor artists Facebook groups to guarantee it applies to the group’s guidelines
- Distribute updated route sheet’s weekly for the artists
- Assist the tour manager with contracts
- Complete various task requests from Q Prime South employees
o Opening/closing
o Dishes
o Welcoming guests
o Tidying up
o Coffee Machines
o Answering phone
o Set up and Clean up when guests are here
o Gain an understanding of the industry, and different departments of the company
Digital Intern – 5 available positions:
- Regularly check artist websites and social pages to ensure profile photos, bios, links, etc. are up to date and working
- Complete weekly/bi-weekly imposter sweeps of artist social accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Assist digital team with various projects including (but not limited to): research, brainstorming campaign ideas, building rollout plans, reviewing video footage, writing post captions, updating playlists
- Complete maintenance tasks for bottom floor of the building
- Empty trashes

- Restock coffee station and request refills of anything needed
- Assist general interns with cafe maintenance
Design Intern – 2 available positions:
- Applicants should have a keen interest in learning more about the digital landscape in the music industry through hands-on experience with one of the leading artist management firms in the world.
- This internship offers learning opportunities in the areas of graphic design, artist management, touring, branding, PR, merchandise and e-commerce.

Videography Intern – 2 available positions:
Creative video interns should expect to use their skills in a range of ways to create a wide variety of social media assets, official artist video assets, and to help artists tell their stories.
- This internship offers hands-on learning opportunities in the areas of videography, artist management, touring, branding, PR, merchandise and e-commerce.
- This internship is for current undergrad students
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Dropbox is a requirement.

Fan Engagement Intern – 2 available positions:
Participants will be fully immersed into the day-to-day activities of the fan engagement +
merchandising department. They will participate in strategic meetings, solve key business issues,
and offer ideas to further Q Prime’s success.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Management of customer data records to build customer segmentation for targeted
marketing campaigns - Generating reports on various topics
- Ensuring a superior standard of customer service is delivered across all clients
- Attend meetings and take notes.
