Wednesday, January 31st’s Insider’s View will welcome Joey Elwood,President of Gotee Records, 6:30 P.M. in MPAC. Elwood, along with Toby McKeehan (also known as TobyMac), began Gotee Records in 1994 and have since developed a label excelling in musical diversity. Gotee is home to artists such as Relient K, Family Force Five, Ayiesha Woods, Jennifer Knapp and many more who encompass all types of music genres. Come hear Elwood talk about how he strives to make his career and company a “positive voice from this generation to the next” and how he took the entrepreneurial leap to start Gotee Records.
