One on One is a mentorship program for The Mike Curb College of Entertainment & Music Business’ students who exhibit leadership, innovation, and drive. It is a 7-month dedication (January – August) between students and industry professionals in an intentional, one on one, mentor relationship. The goal of the mentor relationships is to encourage leadership potential and self-reflection to empower students to become effective leaders as new professionals in the music business and entertainment industry.
