ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: About 20 years ago, I was the intern coordinator for marketing at The Benson Company (now a part of Brentwood/Benson). I placed a young man in one of our internships and found recently, he has been in the biz now for 17 years or so. I couldn’t be prouder to have played a part in helping  him find where he fits in this biz and God’s plans. I have only been at this company for 2 years, but even with my Commercial Music Degree from Belmont, I have learned a lot more about publishing here than I would have ever dreamed. It’s detailed, it’s not glamorous, BUT the knowledge blocks are here with which to build a foundational knowledge of publishing that will continue to grow as publishing continue to change.
