Recording Sound for Motion Pictures and Music

Joe Foglia, Emmy-winning location sound recordist for the “Nashville” television series, will discuss his career in live sound, beginning at Criteria Recording Studios in Miami, the Olympic Games, and series television, including “Justified,” “Scrubs,” and “Miami Vice.” With him will be boom operator Scott Solan, who worked on STAR TREK, and STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS, and sound utility technician Rocky Quiroz, CRASH and DEATH PROOF.
