Volunteer Opportunity with the Salvation Army—And get two tickets to the 1st Annual Nashville Glee for Angel Tree Performance on Sunday Oct. 21st (to be held at the Grand Old Opry House) to all people volunteering.
We will be hosting a Salvation Army National Advisory Board Meeting here in Nashville on Sept. 19th and 20th. On the night of Thursday September 20th we will be hosting a Gala Dinner for the National Advisory Board Members and we need helping setting up for that event! A local production company has generously donated their time and talent, but the need a ‘crew’ to put up the rigging and hang fabric, and move in tables….the whole deal  – that’s where you all come in!!
On Tues. September 18th, I need 10 volunteers from 1pm to 4pm to help with the pre-set up….moving things out of our gym so that the next day we can move the equipment in.
On Wed. September 19th, I am looking for a minimum of  25 people to work from 9am to Noon and then 10-15 people to work from 12:30 to 3:30pm to get all of the rigging up, fabric hung, tables set up, etc. etc.
On Fri. September 21st I need a minimum of 25 people from 9am to 1pm to move it all back out and return our gym to its previous state.
I am offering 2 tickets to each person per shift to our 1st Annual Nashville Glee for Angel Tree Performance on Sunday Oct. 21st (to be held at the Grand Old Opry House) to all people volunteering.
